Venus rules the inner feminine, our relationship to our values and sense of self value, it impact our relationships in every way, first of the relationship to our own feelings, depths and sense of value as well as to the ability to experience intimacy with the depths of others. It begins in Scorpio at 10 degrees and backtracks to Libra in the later part of its retrograde..
