Who I really am
Who you really are
Cannot fully be contained
Within the space of this body
Of this heart
If we are wounded
By the dream of separation
We learned to dream
When we were torn or born
From the place of oneness
We originally inhabited
Then the experience of the wound
Becoming conscious
Often takes us
Deep into an ocean
Where all is infinite
Infinite sadness
Infinite joy
Infinte despair
Infinite being
When we finally feel the flood and fire
Rushing forth
And the perimeters we erected
To keep ourselves safe dissolving
Then a love like we have never known
Awakens in our breast
A love so vast
We barely know
How or if we can contain it
Then we know we are
Only smalls spark
Of a far greater sun
That gives birth to us all
